What the app does today

The current Lumenfoil app does not offer an AI feature, a public gallery, social feed, or cloud hosting for user projects. It does not upload your projects, reference files, or exports to train generative AI models. Your project data stays on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

What that means for reference images

You may choose a reference image through Apple’s picker, but Lumenfoil does not publish it, make it searchable, or host it for other users. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that reference in your own project and for anything you later export or share.

AI-assisted Lumenfoil marketing

We may use AI-assisted tools to explore visual ideas or refine marketing assets. A person reviews the result before publication. We will not present materially AI-generated images, voices, demonstrations, or testimonials as real people, real customer work, or hand-made photography when they are not. Where a platform requires a disclosure or label, we will use it.

Rights before publication

Before we publish an asset, we aim to verify that we created it, licensed it, or have permission to use it. We avoid using third-party artwork, recognizable characters, logos, product trade dress, music, photos, voices, or a person’s likeness without a valid right or permission. We keep source and license records for material public assets.

Your use of AI and references

If you use an AI tool or third-party reference to develop a Lumenfoil pattern, you remain responsible for checking the tool’s terms and for having the rights needed for your intended use. Do not assume an AI output is automatically free of copyright, trademark, contract, or publicity-right restrictions. Do not upload another person’s private images or work without permission.

Copyright and trademark reports

If you believe Lumenfoil-owned public content infringes your rights, email support@lumenfoil.com with your contact information, the work or mark you claim, the specific Lumenfoil material at issue, a link or screenshot, and the reason for your request. We will review credible reports and, where appropriate, remove or correct the material while we investigate.

No ownership claim over your local projects

Lumenfoil does not claim ownership of the projects you create. Your responsibilities and the limited license for Lumenfoil’s own sample content are described in the Terms of Use.
